Day of awesome
May. 15th, 2006 12:34 pmThe CPG results match the simulation times a constent factor, the Silicon pre-scatterer should fill the efficiency gap at low energies, I've recieved a referance from bath for the Mphil/PhD I'm applying for, the melville grove manager says not to worry about the demand that I confirm/deny that I want to stay in this room next year, and I had a dream about learning to bowl. Now I can bowl a perfectly adiquate (if occasionally wildly inaccurate) leg-spin, but we were practicing with giant balls, so I couldn't hold them right for this, in fact I kept dropping them.
I hate giant cricket balls.
EDIT:
Day of awesome continues: My simulation results may end up being presented at an IEEE conferance, the unversity has finally realised that they have my birthday wrong, indicating that they've started processing my MPhl/PhD application.
I declare myself king of awesome

Date: 2006-05-16 12:31 pm (UTC)I can just see you at physics conferences being wonderfully sarcastic at people.
And offering the squid.
Where are you planning on doing you phd?

Date: 2006-05-16 01:17 pm (UTC)I'm not going to the conferance, just my results (and my name, hopefully). Masters students don't get to travel :(
