baloonworldPaul's being very boring and revising (ha!) a lot so I'm kinda stuck in here for the weekend, which is very dull... I'm still awaiting my memory of last saterday's meeting with Xandrial, Auriniyan and Feran to resolve itself into somthing useful, but as a prrelimenry I'll scribble down my current ideas... am sure Xandrial will have something to say.
Borderlands deliberate attempt to invade the barony.... they're crossing the angles between space before they're even surrounded by ocean... what are their physical neighbors like? must get more information from the resistance... maybe we can stir up shit 'back home'? speaking of such, i'm sure torrent could be used somehow.
Destruction in the area of interface. Vekk's tower stood up to a couple of days.
Darius and LoMax's item seem to imply that the depleting effect can be countered through the grace of the balance. How does that make any sense? the depletion is caused by the realities mixing? by the 'poorness' of the invading reality? don't see how lack of plant life would degrade spacetime, which is really quite resilient stuff as long as you don't make too many gravitational oddities, but also don't see why the balance would resist the poorer reality degrading this one, it is after all, balancing. then again most balancers don't understand oolong.
Its not a magical or miraculous effect, or someone would have reported it... unless the rest of the patrols have my respect for Major Darrious. must set up some sort of network... hmmmmm
