Beat elmyra, but then she had some sort of hideous stitch. My greatest triumph is therefore overtaking the old man with a limp who was in front of me for the first 7 km.

I had a really good run. Just a bit more shade and a slightly gentler down hill to the finish it'd have been perfect :)
