You know, we only just saw the (awesome) film V for Vendetta. I couldn't help but think that V's existence counted on someone willing to slowly stockpile explosives and the like, willing to plan that far ahead.

If this guy is arrested, what prison cell number will they put him in?

He was't planing far ahead; he thought that the OMG!migrents would cause a civil war in the near future.
Can you slowly stock pile explosives? I though they were, I dunno all volatile and stuff and would go bad if you kept them too long.

Good point. We need something that doesn't count on volatile chemical processes for its explosive power. If only I knew someone who would be an expert in such a field...

Bah. Fissile materials are just as bad; they keep decaying the whole time. I'm not sure if the isotope purity is sufficetly importent that a few years decay affect yield much, but I doubt it would help.
