Re Moscow 1980: cute mascot!!

Re London 2012: I actually like it. Keep in mind that the logo itself has no defined colour scheme - it's flexible. I've seen that used to great effect by some of sponsors already. It lets people make it their own.

thr cryptical abstract forms allow multiple interpritations too, like a rorschach test. Which makes it opposite of iconic.
