I'm not sure why there is such a fad for naming your child something unusual. Surely something sensible (and something easy to pronounce and spell) would be far preferable? Especially when the child is going through school or trying to get a job. (Can you imagine someone called Talula does the Hula becoming a successful politician. They might be memorable, but no one would take them seriously.)

(To be fair, everyone in his family is called John, so I can kind of understand the unusual-name thing.)
